Services
The price is all inclusive, there are no additional costs to be added at the end of the holiday:
- Use of the beach (shared cabin, two deckchairs and an umbrella), (from June to September)
- Linen: bathroom, kitchen (tablecloth and napkins are not provided), beds, with weekly change.
- Apartment cleaning.
- Wifi
- High chair and baby bed
- Consumption of heating, electricity and gas
- Use of crockery and kitchen equipment
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Use of television
- Parking subject to availability (one car per family), unattended
- Bike Garage, washing area and bicycle workshop
- Use of the commonly used washing machine (regulated)
Conditions
- Check-in after 2 p.m.;
- Check-out within 9 a.m.;
- Deposit:
the booking is considered confirmed when we receive a deposit which is equal to 30% of the total amount. This is to be sent through bank transfer within a week after the confirmation, either via phone or email.
- Conditions of withdrawal:
in case of cancelling the reservation, the deposit will be entirely paid back only if an email was sent to us at least 30 days before the arrival day. After this time-limit, the deposit could be used for a following stay or witheld. In case of not communicated non-arrival, the deposit will be entirely witheld.
- Payment:
in case of weekly stay, the payment must be completed within the Wednesday after the arrival. In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the total amount will have to be paid.
- Warnings:
Our guests are gently asked to point out any damage and to leave the apartment clean as they found it. The management of Casa Vacanze Mary retains the right to carry out the apartment conditions before the departure of the guests.
At the arrival, a bail might be asked for and then paid back at the departure, following the check of the apartment.
Animals are allowed only in certain circumstances.
